Medium size. Flattened and ribbed. It has a thick handle. Color range: white (most popular), cream, grey, blue. It can be hard to carve, because of the thick flesh and deep ribs. Its orange flesh is perfect for making pies.

They are the size of a baseball. They're round (usually, slightly flattened at the bottom) with orange smooth skin and a very pronounced green handle. They look incredibly cute and because of their size and smooth rind, they can be used for children painting crafts.

Weighs up to 25 lbs. Usually comes in a medium or large size but often is surprisingly heavy (its flesh is very thick). It can be round or oval-shaped with rough, orange skin and moderate ribs. It has an incredibly pronounced and sturdy handle (it can be as tall as the pumpkin itself!).

Small to medium. It has orange skin covered with white netting (it makes it appear paler). It's round (almost perfect circle) with a long & hard handle. It looks exceptional as a decor piece, but it's most known for its smooth flesh which makes for incredible pies!

136 - Wax Gourd (Ash Gourd, Ash Pumpkin, White Gourd, Winter Melon)

Medium to large. Tall and blocky. It has a white fuzzy coating covering its rind and sweet, light flesh when immature. The coating becomes waxy (hence the name) and fuzziness disappears when the fruit matures. Flesh loses its sweetness and tastes bland.
